Joining Deraya immediately after graduation turned me from a blank sheet with no experience in the work place to a dynamic employee who built a new team that achieved great company goals in a short time. Witnessing the beginning of Deraya and the perseverance to overcome all the challenges globally and locally and how the management and employees are keen to reach their goals makes me believe that Deraya will be a leading company in the region in the few coming years and it will still be a great honor for me to be part of this organization and celebrate such success.

As a beginner I used to think that success is probably getting a big deal with lots of money by luck, but as time passed, I now strongly believe that success is reached by small actions you do every day, every little persistence to continue, every little trial, every little ambition to reach your goal every day. I achieved things I never thought I would.
In Deraya I learnt that there is nothing impossible, I learned that there is no ceiling to my success. This company helped me to achieve all my dreams, not only as a Sales Supervisor but also as a coach of the olympic team qualified to Tokyo 2021. During all my journey in Deraya I had full support from the company & my managers to be successful in my career as a Sales Supervisor & a Coach of the National Egyptian Team. I tasted my success, challenged myself & my abilities and I saw miracles! I am a Sales Supervisor, one of the top achievers in Deraya, the Coach of the National Team of Rhythmic Gymnastics in Egypt and an international judge in Rhythmic Gymnastics. Yes I did it!
