These Terms are governed by Egyptian law. Any legal disputes will be handled by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA).
In case of a complaint, members have the right to contact the FRA directly on info@fra.gov.eg. This is as long as the members have all the policy documents stating their rights, and after following the rules and regulations of the insurer.
